Including Busta, Yella, and Twista made this the best of the four imo. Though Speedom is just kinda fun for me cuz at the time we weren't expecting Em to show up. I just wanted to comment on this because I meant to a while back, and it's also kinda personal. When my grandmother passed last year, I did a cute little tribute to her. A powerpoint slide show about her life, memories with family, and of course lots of facts and quirks about her. Of the many songs I used, this ended up being the last one for many reasons. One, I'm a Christian so naturally I believe after death I'll see Maemae again in Heaven. Two, it felt appropriate. My grandmother had been struggling in her last days and she was in pain. A broken hip pushed her over the edge and God called her home. This song--while I can no longer listen to it without crying--just helped me try to cope with that (I say with tears going down my face as I type this). But yeah, this track is great. It also has an absolutely NASTY Schoolboy Q verse, which really hypes me up for his upcoming album. Also, the album is pretty good. I will say the second half of the album doesn't live up to the first half. Coulda been a lot better as a project cutting some of the latter songs, but with songs like Let It Bang, Psycho, & Beautiful People, there are some real standouts.
