Yay for more dragons! Yay for Water Type! Yay for 200 DEF!

Lore: The mighty beast of the waves protects the Aqua Shrine, dedicating it's life to the survival of it.

Lore: The Less Powerful Brother of Fluctus, he protects the inside of the shrine, guarding the most precious artifact.

Lore: While you control a Face-Up "Aqua Shrine", you can Normal Summon 1 WATER Monster for 1 Less tribute. You can only use this effect once while this card is Face-Up on the field.

Lore: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. You can Special Summon this card by banishing 1 WATER Dragon-Type monster you control. While you control a "Fluctus of the Aqua" or "Mare of the Aqua", WATER monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle.

Lore: All WATER monsters you control gain ATK equal to their DEF. If this card is removed from the field, inflict 200 damage to your opponent times the number of WATER monsters you control. You can discard this card from your hand, then add 1 WATER monster with 200 DEF or "Aqua Shrine" to your hand.

Lore: When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can target 1 WATER Dragon-Type monster in your graveyard; Special Summon that target in defense position, but it's effects are negated. You can only use the effect of "Pluvia of the Aqua" Once Per Turn.

Lore: When this card is Normal Summoned, you can destroy 1 card on the field. While "Aqua Shrine" is Face-Up on the field, you can destroy 2 cards on the field instead.

Lore: While you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If Summoned this way, you can Normal Summon 1 WATER Dragon-Type monster with 200 DEF from your hand without the tributing, but it's effects are negated.

Lore: You can pay 1000 Life Points, then Special Summon 1 WATER Monster from your hand with 200 Defense. You cannot Normal Summon during the turn you activate this effect. You cannot Special Summon other monsters during the turn you activate this effect, except for WATER Monsters. You can only Activate the effect of "Aqua Shrine" Once Per Turn.

Lore: You can only activate this card while you control no monsters. Special Summon 1 "D-Coy Token" (Dragon-Type/WATER/Level 6/ATK 2000/DEF 200). That token cannot declare an attack.

Lore: When a monster with 200 DEF is destroyed, Special Summon 1 monster from your deck with 200 DEF in defense position, but it's effects are negated. You can only activate 1 "Hydrolosis" per turn.

All monsters Normal or Special Summoned gain 1 Level while on the field. You can detach 1 Xyz Material, then Special Summon 1 Normal WATER Dragon-Type Monster from your graveyard in Defense Position. You can only use this effect of "Rex of the Aqua" once per turn.

If you control a Face-Up "Aqua Shrine"; you can detach 2 Xyz Materials, then destroy all Face-Up monsters your opponent controls. This card cannot attack during the turn you activate this effect.

So as of now these monsters aren't overwhelming as much, and Aqua Shrine is like a rekindling but for 1 WATER monster at a time without the banishing at End Phase. I would like to see this developed more as they rely entirely on Aqua Shrine, so perhaps something to search it out or protect it would be nice.

I decided to make Aqua Shrine a Field-Spell as opposed to a continuous spell. As for protecting it, I'm not sure that would be really necessary. Might test it on Duel Portal.
