Pendulum Effect

When a "D/D" monster is destroyed and sent to the graveyard : You can special summon this card 

from your pendulum zone, if you do, you take 1000 damage. You can only use this effect of "D/D/D Purgation Enforcer Jozai" once per turn.

 

Monster Effect

Once per turn, during your opponent's Main Phase : You can banish this card, if you do ; All "D/D/D" monster(s) you control cannot be targeted by card effects until end of their turn.

During your 2nd Standby Phase after this effect's activation : You can place this banished card in your Pendulum Zone

You may want to add a clause that would allow you to remove a Pendulum Card to make room for this card after it triggers its effect (if both are filled).

Now, I'm not sure how often you Pendulum in these D/D's of yours, but that's something you should consider.

 

Though it is a generic Scale 1 in their case, so much less restrictive than those things called Galilei and Copernicus.

The standby phase effect is now optional, thanks for your input, this was just to give them a good scale, a level 8 for kali yuga fodder and some targeting protection.
