I tried to keep it simple and straight to the point, but some parts may be confusing as I changed it up somewhat from traditional tournament rules in an attempt to make it more "fun". [spoiler=Rules]All matches are played on Dueling Network: http://www.duelingnetwork.com/, within the Unlimited section to accommodate both banlists. There will be 2 teams composed of 4-6 people. One will follow the OCG banlist, while the other will follow the TCG banlist. They will have access to their respective cardpools, but cannot use cards exclusive to the other region. There will be 2 rounds, along with 1 final.Rounds will last 4 days. Rounds can be extended if needed. Matches in the rounds will be played in best of 3, and winners will earn points for their respective teams, as well as themselves. Each person on one team will duel every other person on the other team at least once. - A win is worth 3 points. - A draw is worth 2 points for both teams. - A loss is worth 1 point. After all rounds have concluded, a final will be conducted in which the person on the TCG team with the most individual points will duel the person on the OCG team with the most individual points. (Best of 3) - A win is worth 9 points. - A draw is worth 6 points for both teams. - A loss is worth 3 points. The team with the most points will win the team prize, whereas the one with the most individual points will earn an individual prize. The cardpool for TCG players are all current cards available to the TCG at this moment. Any cards prospective to TCG are not valid. (ex. Cyber Dragon Infinity)The cardpool for OCG players are all current cards available to the OCG at this moment. Any cards prospective to OCG are not valid.Korean exclusives are not allowed.Cards currently with a yellow "X" on DN are also not allowed. In the case of ruling issues (for example, an OCG ruling contradicts a TCG ruling), then the TCG ruling will have superiority over the OCG ruling, for simplicity. Decklists must be sent in to me via PM before the tournament begins (the moment all slots are filled, or 2 days after the minimum number of people are met). You may not make any changes to your deck once your decklist is sent in, at any point in the tournament. PePe TCG side could pretty easily pull wins on PePe OCG side. It won't be that one sided IMO I'm in, someone snag me on skype if this happens. Well Reborn is trash in the meta, and Duster is largely sided, its honestly a contest of if TCG can break pepe shock locks and out grind BA If you want my honest advice, wait two weeks, OCG list will neuter the top decks, and it will be a MUCH more balanced play field That being said, I'm bias AF since there's no way in hell my deck will be hit by the list, and is almost certainly gonna get buffed, so hahahah :3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Like Rhino confirmation or beatrice if that happens. vla1ne Posted December 2, 2015 Report Share Posted December 2, 2015 i'm with winter on this one, OCG has too much power for the TCG atm, especially since the last TCG list simply slaughtered every Top competitive deck the TCG had. the turnament sounds fun, but the power difference really can't be ignored here, OCG has all their best stuff at max power, and TCG is still waiting to get something strong enough to match the previous powers.
