This is my idea for a Red-Eyes's support:

 

Name: Red-Eyes's Sanctuary

Type: Field spell

Effect:

(1) When this card is face-up on the field, Red-Eyes spell and trap card(s) can be treated as Quick-spell magic card(s) and be used as one.

(2) While this card is face-up in the Field Zone. Once per turn, you can send 1 Red-Eyes moster from your hand or deck to the graveyard, special summons 1 LV1 DARK Dragon-type monster from your hand, deck or graveyard but banish it at the End Phase.

(3) If this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard. You can special summon it as a normal monster (Dragon-Type/DARK/LV 7/ATK 0/DEF 2400). If summoned this way, banish it when it leaves the field.

 

what do you guys think about this concept? Thank you

some thoughts:

- use Red-Eyes Fusion at your opponent's turn, use Red-eyes Spirit directly from your hand

- send RE to grave

- Stone searcher
