Something I came across on Reddit, and I was very intrigued by how this mess of a deck worked...getting Chaos Goddess and Ma'at in one whole deck. Go to the original Youtube page for the creator's descriptive thoughts on the decklist.

Generally, it's an excavation deck deck relies on Saffira draws/recycling, while working with things like Card Advance or Back Jack to rearrange the deck and have Oath or Ma'at draw into the pieces. There's generally a mixup between the Monarch draw engine and the tribute summonable monsters versus the Level 1 spam and the Ritual support, so there are a lot of one-ofs and guarantee of consistency errors. he opponents in the video did either suck and/or made bad choices anyway, but thoughts on how it works and what you would do to improve it?
