Digimon

I'm pretty sure there have been TONS of Digimon archetypes by now, but I wanted to give it shot, since I really liked the design of these cards (then again, you guys will be the judges for that). Tell me what you think, and maybe I'll post more of them.

 

 

If this card is Tributed: Special Summon 1 "Champion Digimon - Greymon" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Rookie Digimon - Agumon" once per turn.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set, except by Tributing 1 "Digimon" monster. This card can attack twice per Battle Phase. You can discard this card from your hand; Add 1 "Rookie Digimon - Agumon" from your Deck to your hand.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned by banishing 2 "Digimon" monsters with same Type and Attribute, but with different Levels, from your field or Graveyard. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls, once each. You can discard this card from your hand to target 1 "Digimon" monster in your Graveyard, other than this card; Add it to your hand.

 

If this card is Tributed: Special Summon 1 "Champion Digimon - Garurumon" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Rookie Digimon - Gabumon" once per turn.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set, except by Tributing 1 "Digimon" monster. If this card attacks, cards and effects cannot be activated until the end of damage calculation. You can discard this card from your hand; Add 1 "Rookie Digimon - Gabumon" from your Deck to your hand.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned by banishing 2 "Digimon" monsters with same Type and Attribute, but with different Levels, from your field or Graveyard. If a "Digimon" monster you control attacks, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of damage calculation. You can discard this card from your hand to target 1 "Digimon" monster in your Graveyard, other than this card; Add it to your hand.

 

If this card is Tributed: Special Summon 1 "Champion Digimon - Birdramon" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Rookie Digimon - Biyomon" once per turn.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set, except by Tributing 1 "Digimon" monster. If a "Digimon" monster you control attacks an opponent monster and it inflicts battle damage to your opponent's LP: Gain LP equal to that amount. You can discard this card from your hand; Add 1 "Rookie Digimon - Biyomon" from your Deck to your hand.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned by banishing 2 "Digimon" monsters with same Type and Attribute, but with different Levels, from your field or Graveyard. If a "Digimon" monster you control attacks an opponent monster and it inflicts battle damage to your opponent's LP: You can choose and activate one of the following effects:

●Gain LP equal to that amount.

●Target 1 face-up monster on the field; It loses ATK equal to that amount until the end of this turn.

You can discard this card from your hand to target 1 "Digimon" monster in your Graveyard, other than this card; Add it to your hand.

 

If this card is Tributed: Special Summon 1 "Champion Digimon - Kabuterimon" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Rookie Digimon - Tentomon" once per turn.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set, except by Tributing 1 "Digimon" monster. Once per turn, if a "Digimon" monster you control destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can add 1 "Digital" Spell/Trap card from your Deck to your hand. You can discard this card from your hand; Add 1 "Rookie Digimon - Tentomon" from your Deck to your hand.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned by banishing 2 "Digimon" monsters with same Type and Attribute, but with different Levels, from your field or Graveyard. Once per turn, you can add 1 "Digital" Spell/Trap card from your Deck to your hand. You can discard this card from your hand to target 1 "Digimon" monster in your Graveyard, other than this card; Add it to your hand.

 

(This card is always treated as a "Digital" card)

During your Main Phase: You can reveal this card in your hand and Tribute 1 "Digimon" monster you control; Add 1 "Digimon" monster with the same Level as the Tributed one from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Digivice" up to thrice per turn. During your Draw Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, instead of conducting your normal draw: You can add this card from your Graveyard to your hand.

 

"Digimon" monsters you control gain 300 ATK and DEF. You can Tribute monsters from your hand for the effects of "Digivice" cards. If this face-up card is destroyed or sent to the Graveyard by your opponent's card effect: You can add 1 "Digimon" monster from your Deck to your hand.

 

Target 2 "Digimon" monsters in your Graveyard and/or that are banished; Add them to your hand. If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect: Add 1 "Digital" Spell/Trap card from your Deck to your hand, except "Digital Recompilation". You can only use each effect of "Digital Recompilation" once per turn.

 I hate to break this to you, but you actually have to explain why you like these cards (with regards to their design / playability) under the Advanced Clause.
