Though, an advisable way of structuring the post would look like the following (although you can edit this as you need to)General idea for the power level you want cards to have. (Are you trying to avoid something like the current metagame?)Rules on submitting a card (including submission forms to fill out; sample ones are below) and how things get added. Also an idea of how cards will be added to your format; will submissions be automatically accepted or you/another member will approve them first?List of cards that are currently in the pool (you can keep it in the main post under spoiler tags or link to a sta.sh / Google Docs / however to keep the list of stuff)Current banlist for your format (you can used a modified version of the Feb 2016 one or whatever list is current, along with certain customs that you feel need a limiter)[spoiler=Submission Template]Monster Cards Card NameLevel/Rank | Attribute | Type | SubtypesScales (if applicable)Pendulum Effect (if applicable)Monster EffectATK/DEF Spell/Trap Cards Card NameAttribute | Card TypeEffect Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
