Chronomaly Energy Outlet

Normal Spell

Target 1 face-up "Chronomaly" monster you control; reduce the Levels of all monsters you control to a Level lower than that monster's original Level (min. 3), then draw cards equal to the difference in the target's original Level and its current Level. If this card was not sent from the field to the GY this turn: You can banish this card from the GY; send 1 "Chronomaly" monster from your Deck to the GY, then draw 1 card. You cannot Special Summon monsters, except "Chronomaly" monsters, during the turn you activate either of these card's effects.

Numeral Call

Continuous Spell

When a "Number C" monster is Special Summoned: you can target that monster; attach 1 Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck to that target.  If this card is sent to the Graveyard: you can banish 1 Xyz Monster from your Graveyard; add 1 "Rank-up-Magic" Normal Spell from your Deck to your hand.

Gimmick Puppet Broken Doll

DARK - Level 8 - Machine/Effect - 2000/1000

If this card is detached from a DARK Xyz monster to activate its effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Gimmick Puppet" monster from your Graveyard, except "Gimmick Puppet Broken Doll". If this card is banished from your Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card. A "Gimmick Puppet" Xyz monster Summoned using this card as Xyz Material gains the following effect:

●If this card destroys your opponent's card(s), you can banish that destroyed card(s) instead of sending it to the Graveyard.

In combination with Dreary Doll, you get a Gimmick Puppet Xyz every turn, plus Link fodder if you have extra Graveyard setup (which you probably do).

Go ahead, make good Neo-Spacian support. I dare you.

Neos Hole

Continuous Trap

Once per turn, when your opponent declares an attack that targets a “Neos” or “Neo-Spacian” monster you control: You can negate the attack, then your opponent’s monster is banished. During the End Phase, Special Summon the banished monster in ATK Position on your opponent’s field in the Monster Zone it had previously occupied if that Monster Zone is currently unoccupied. “Neos” Fusion Monsters that would leave the field by their own effect card have a Neo Counter placed on them instead. A monster with a Neo Counter(s) on it loses 200 ATK for each Neo Counter.

I imagine something like a black hole or a wormhole with glowing particles around it for the art.

Lore: 2 Level 8 DARK Dragon monsters
You can also Xyz Summon "Crimson-Eyes Obsidian Dragon" once per turn by banishing 1 Level 7  Dragon Fusion Monster from your GY, then using a "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" you control as material. While this card has material, it cannot be targeted by other card effects, also it gains 400 ATK and DEF for each Dragon monster in your GY. Once per turn, if you control no other monsters: You can detach 1 material from this card; Special Summon 1 Level 9 or lower Dragon monster with 2400 ATK from your hand or Extra Deck to your Main Monster Zone, ignoring its Summoning conditions.

Rescue of the Skyfang Brigade

Quick-Play Spell

Return 1 "Skyfang Brigade" monster you control to your hand: Special Summon 1 "Skyfang Brigade" monster from your hand or Graveyard. During either player's turn, except during the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard, you can banish this card from your Graveyard: Add a number of "Skyfang Brigade" cards from your Graveyard to your hand up to the number of "Skyfang Brigade" cards you control.

Tags a card out, lets you trigger the Special Summoning-related effects of the various crew members, and lets you recoup resources on demand to make up for all the discarding and hand vomit you're doing.

Quick-Play Spell Card

Lore: Target 1 Winged Beast Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 Winged Beast Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck that is that is the same Rank or 1 higher than that monster you control, but with a different name, by using it as material, also after that, destroy all Set cards on the field. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer its materials to the Summoned monster.) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Winged Beast monster you control; Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck with the same ATK or DEF as that monster's original ATK, and if you do, its original ATK and DEF each become 0, then your target gains 800 ATK/DEF.

Switches between the Lyrilusc Xyzes with ease, stacks up their possible power, wrecks backrow (something that always hampered the Lyrilusc) and even allows a caveat to summon Parasite Fusioner and go Independent.

There's fun to go around.

Apprentice of Endymion

DARK - Level 4 - Spellcaster/Effect - 1800/1800

When a Spell Card is activated, or the effect of a Spell Card is activated in the Graveyard: Place 1 Spell Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can target 1 other card on the field that you can place a Spell Counter on (Quick Effect): Place a number of Spell Counters on that target equal to the number of Spell Counters on this card. Once per turn, you can remove any number of Spell Counters from this card (min. 2): Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand or Deck whose Level is equal to the number of removed Counters -1, then increase its ATK and DEF by 100 for each Spell Counter that remains on this card.

Gives Galaxy Cyclone a use in Spell Counter Decks as extra Counter generation, makes other Spell Counter cards more easily accessible, and can bring out Endymion from Deck if you can put 8 SC on him. All in all, a solid addition.

Ancient Geargia Golem

Level 8

EARTH Machine / Effect

3000 / 3000

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 “Ancient Gear” monster and 1 “Geargia” monster with the same Level, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card destroys your opponent’s Defense Position monster by battle and sends it to the GY: Your opponent takes 1500 damage. Unaffected by your opponent’s Spell/Trap Cards and effects during the Battle Phase. When this card is sent from the field to the GY by your opponent’s card (by battle or by card effect), you can activate 1 of the following effects:

• Special Summon 1 Level 4 “Ancient Gear” monster and 1 Level 4 “Geargia” monster in Defense Position.

• Target 1 “Ancient Gear Golem” or “Ancient Gear Golem - Ultimate Pound” in your GY: Special Summon it, ignoring its Summoning conditions.

Let’s keep the EARTH Machines rolling.

Great, now a card trying to connect Ancient Gears to Geargia on top of their existing nonsense with Gadgets.

Superheavy Samurai Moneylender

EARTH - Level 1 - Machine/Tuner/Effect - 0/800

You can equip this card from your hand or field to a face-up "Superheavy Samurai" monster you control. The equipped monster gains 800 DEF, also, when it destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can draw 1 card. If the equipped monster would be destroyed while there are no Spell/Trap Cards in your Graveyard, you can, immediately after this effect resolves: Synchro Summon, using the equipped monster and any number of equipped Machine-Type monsters as Material, including this card, and if you do; you can add 1 "Superheavy Samurai" monster from your Deck to your hand during the End Phase of this turn.

Not exactly what they needed, but a consistency and power boost is always appreciated, methinks.

EARTH/Machine-Type Effect Monster/Level 4/1900 ATK/900 DEF

Lore: If this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Machine monster in your GY with 900 or more ATK than this card; Special Summon that target, and if you do, that Summoned monster's ATK becomes 1900, also this card's Level becomes equal to that monster's Level. If this card leaves the field, return all monsters Summoned by this card's effect to the hand. An Xyz Monster whose original Type is Machine and has this card as Xyz Material can make an additional attack on monsters during each Battle Phase, equal to the number of "Supersonic Steeltram Hyperailon(s)" attached to it as Xyz Materials.

Right, that's not how it goes. Well, whatever, enjoy this no-way-in-hell-will-be-abused effect bullet train. And something thank Zerpens for me.

Gogogo Guardian

EARTH - Level 4 - Rock/Effect - 1000/2000

If the Battle Position of a monster you control changes: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do; you can return that monster to the Battle Position it was in before this effect activated. If this card is detached from an Xyz monster to activate its effect, you can target up to 2 "Gogogo" monsters in your Graveyard, except "Gogogo Guardian": Special Summon that target(s).

This takes advantage of the abuse of Battle Position changing and Graveyard setup Gogogo do, and use it to generate field presence for Xyz Summons.

2+ monsters, including at least 1 Tuner or "Junk" monster

Once per turn: You can activate 1 of these effects.

• Send 1 "Warrior" Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck to the GY.

• Special Summon 1 Tuner monster from your hand or GY.

• Target 1 "Warrior" Synchro Monster in your GY; send monsters you control and/or from your hand, including at least 1 Tuner, whose total Levels exactly equal that monster's Level; Special Summon it. (This is treated as a Synchro Summon.)

So yeah, you can screw over the specific Tuner requirements for Yusei's "Warrior" Synchros now and Phantom Synchro at the same time. Well, not in the same turn, but yeah.

WATER/Aqua-Type Effect Monster/Level 5/1400 ATK/700 DEF

Lore: You can destroy 1 Aqua monster in your hand: Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Normal Summoned: You can send up to 3 Level 1 Aqua monsters from your Deck to the GY, and if you do, this card gains 500 ATK for each "Frog" monster or "T.A.D.P.O.L.E." sent this way. When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 "Frog" monster in your GY, except "Gator Raid Frog"; add it to your hand, and if you do, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each "Frog" monster added to your hand this turn.

Steelswarm Termite

DARK - Level 1 - Fiend/Effect - 200/0

If your opponent declares a direct attack with a monster with a Level of 2 or higher, you can discard this card from your hand: Negate that attack, and Special Summon 1 "Steelswarm" monster from your hand or Deck with a lower Level than the attacking monster, except "Steelswarm Termite". While this card is in your Graveyard, if your opponent adds a card(s) to their hand by a card's effect: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard, and if you do; you can add 1 Level 5 or higher "Steelswarm" monster from your Deck to your hand. If you control a Tribute Summoned "Steelswarm" monster when this card is Special Summoned: Gain LP equal to the combined ATK of all Tribute Summoned monsters you control. You can only activate each effect of this card's name once per turn.

Tribute fodder that searches to get your plays going, eyyy. It also helps assist brick hands by being an archetypal battle stopper that gives you a shield against an additional attack, and the Summon is mandatory so you have to be running at least 1 other Steelswarm to get that effect (to prevent abuse). Its search effect can't search itself or any of the fodder because that would be stupid.

My take on the modified name of Iblee when it comes over to our shores-and also, a way to take advantage of all the Extra Linking you're doing.

May not be optimal with Troy-/Knightmare Mermaid, but fret not-its effect does a second duty now, in both milling and pumping out World Legacies from the hand! Now when that Voltron-wannabe comes ashore, you've got a new way to get its materials in order besides World Legacy End!
