You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Orphegel" monster you control; you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except DARK monsters, also Special Summon 1 "World Legacy" monster from your Deck or 1 "Orphegel" monster from your Extra Deck with less ATK than that target.

 

So yeah, a cathedral-like machine powered by the vengeance of one Longirsu against the clan that let his sister die and appropriated her weapon for their own battlemech? Yeah, how about we push that weapon into range of our Links and let its power do the rest? And bring out the lesser Orphegels to reinforce it?

 

Sounds about right for the path of the World Chalices' patron pariah saints.

I didn't know how to/was too tired to write this properly, but example would be pop Level 8 Critter in hand, Summon out Critters whose total levels equal 6, Normal Summon 2 gemini you control (since 8-6=2)
