If this card or a Defense Position monster this card points to would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can banish 1 "Worm" monster from your GY instead.

If a monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle: You can target 1 monster in your GY; Special Summon that target in face-down defense position.  You can only use this effect of "World Legacy Blooming" once per turn.  You can target 1 Link monster you control: Banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 "Krawler" monster from your Extra Deck to a Zone that monster points to.  You cannot Summon any monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of the turn after you activate this effect.

If this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "ZW -" monster from your Deck, except "ZW - Salamander Staff". If this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "ZW -" monster from your hand or Graveyard. You can only activate each of the following effects of "ZW - Salamander Staff" once per turn:

●You can target 1 "ZW -" monster on your field or in your Graveyard and 1 card your opponent controls (Quick Effect): Return both targets to their original owner's hand, and if you do, the effects of "ZW -" monsters that would equip themselves to "Utopia" monsters become Quick Effects for the rest of the turn.

●You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control: Equip this card from your hand or field to that target, and the equipped monster gains 100 ATK. Once each per turn, if the equipped monster has the highest ATK among monsters on the field (excluding a tie) and your opponent activates a monster effect, Spell Card/effect, or Trap Card/effect, you can negate that effect and banish that card. If your opponent has 5 or more banished cards, the equipped monster gains 1 additional attack during your Battle Phase for every 5 of those banished cards.

 

Yes, this makes any Utopia able to Quasar negate one each of a monster, Spell, and Trap each turn, only if its ATK is the highest of all monsters on the board, with no ties. It has to be the biggest damned thing on the field.

Trap Card

If this set card on your side of the field is removed from the field or destroyed by an opponent's card effect, Special Summon as many EARTH Level 4 Machine-type monsters from your hand as possible. If there is no EARTH Level 4 Machine-type monsters on your hand: Special Summon one "Gadget" Monster from your Deck. Any monster summoned by this card has its effects negated.

If you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without Tribute. Cannot be targeted for attacks or by card effects, while you control a Level 10 or higher monster. During your Main Phase: You can reveal 1 "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames", "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder", or "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" in your hand; apply the appropriate effect, based on the revealed card.
● "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms": Special Summon 3 "Acolyte Tokens" (Fiend/DARK/Level 1/0 ATK/0 DEF) to your side of the field.
● "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder": Special Summon 3 "Acolyte Tokens" to your side of the field, then place them into your Spell & Trap Card Zones as Continuous Spell Cards.
● "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames": Special Summon 3 "Acolyte Tokens" to your side of the field, then place them into your Spell & Trap Card Zones as Continuous Trap Cards.
"Acolyte Tokens" cannot be Tributed or used as material for a Summon, except for a Level 10 monster. You can only use this effect of "High Priest of the Sacred Beasts" once per turn.

These Tokens cannot be used as Link Material. During either player's turn, if a Fighter Jet Token is Tributed: You can activate this effect; all WIND Machine-type Level/Rank 10 monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle or your opponent's card effects, until the End Phase of this turn. You can only control one "Skypalace Carrier Launch".

 

It doesn't support Titanica as much due to the attribute difference, but it can still tribute those tokens to Special Summon itself and get the protection for the other Supercolossals or pop the tokens for 1000 burn damage.
