Must be first Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion materials. You can only Special Summon "Gem-Knight Apophyllite(s)" once per turn. When this card is Special Summoned: You can send 2 FIRE monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. When this card is sent to the Graveyard: add 1 of your banished FIRE monsters to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Gem-Knight Apophyllite" once per turn.

 

This card is supposed to support Infernoids with Brilliant Fusion. Being a great tech since Reasoning is limited to 1.

It also supports Shiranui.

So... 1 card perfect setup for Shiranui, that seemingly lacks flavor, and is designed to support infernoids.

 

It turns BriFu into a RotA for Decatron, or it kills sword, deals 2100 to the opponent, and then searches sage, who goes into Uni-Zombie, which then goes into Omega or Rafflesia.

 

All for one card.

 

The burn is way too high, the search simply doesn't make sense, given the quality of a foolish, and I'm not sure what your attempt at flavor was.

And now it mills 3 FIRE, making it absurd in Infernoids AND strong in Shiranui. It means you dump Sword/Sage/Spiritmaster, and makes you actually able to tech Samurai, in order to get said Spiritmaster or Sage back.

 

Then it puts back the Infernoids/Mezuki you used for a cost without missing timing, which means Decatron and Uni-Zombie/Sage have a field day. At least Uni-Zombie isn't as strong with it going first... Except:

 

BriFu -> Dump Sword + Garnet

This, dump Sage + Spiritmaster

NS Uni-Zombie -> Mill Mezuki, make this become 6.

Mezuki revives Spectralsword

Sword + This = Omega

This puts Mezuki back in your hand.

Uni-Zombie discards Mezuki, makes its own level 4

Mezuki revives Sage/Spiritmaster

Uni-Zombie + Sage/Spiritmaster = Omega/Rafflesia.

 

And that's just for a 2 card combo, one of which could be either Sage or Uni.

 

And this doesn't even account for generic uses or Lavals or anything, though you begin to go into irrelevancy with the latter.

 

Still not quite sure what the flavor is supposed to be here, either.
