Rainfire Dragon:

Alright, so, these cards feel more like they rely on hand manipulation than on deck manipulation, as opposed to something like normal Chaos. Effect is not too powerful, so the +0 is balanced.

Brimstone:

Ah, works in tandem with the above. Nice work. Fills the missing holes the above effect couldn't touch, and allows for recycling the above card.

Steam:

Wow, this card recycle fast af with Rainfire. Would say it was great, but since it only summons from your hand, it is rather limited. I would reccomend summoning from your Deck, but putting a level restriction or limitation on the card it summons. The mill also adds some deck control to these guys. Shame FIRE doesn't have one of these.

Flare:

Nice take you have on Chaos. Most Chaos purely banish but you are putting a lot of effort into recycling. I must say, I don't really see much hand power though, so you are running out of cards real quick. Perhaps a draw on shuffle effect for some of these cards? There's not much adding from deck, and altho graveyard/banish play is nice, you need some out of deck play as well.

Snowman:

Effect is balanced, and works well with protection, but I wish the search effect was better in some way...I dunno, I wish it supported both kinds.

Guppy:

First effect is somewhat redundant, but the rest of it works out fine. Nuthing much to add.

Geyser:

Ah, we were missing Set card in the boss's effects, and this guy adds what they need. Shame he doesn't plus either...but he certainly packs power.

Kraken:

Big big boss? Check. Effects work out, but I think he should mill more, considering the lack of other ways these cards have. When do you get to change the battle positions?

Phoenix:

YES YES YES! This is exactly the kind of interesting card I think would fit with the archetype! Mill is fine not to be OP, and the banish requires both attributes to be run! It's a shame SSing him won't actually do much for the cards, but...whatever.

Penguin:

A better Pheonix! I LOVE THIS CARD IT IS BEAUTIFUL CAN I MARRY IT AND WHEN KONAMI PRINT THESE?! YGasm aside, yes, I wish the archetype had more cards like this and phoenix. They are interesting and unique and work well. But, the last effect is phrased weirdly. Did you mean add to hand or send from deck to Graveyard?

Mantle:

A little less overwhelming, but still really neat. I wasted all my praise on the above two, but one other comment: Did you mean for the WATER monster to never be able to attack ever? I think it should only be limited to not attacking this turn.

Mite:

Again, beautiful. These cards make the series, no OPT on the first effect is a bit problematic tho. Perhaps make it have to return a banished FIRE/WATER monster to Deck?

I really love these cards. Although some are just nice additions, some are brilliant innovations and make the whole thing a pleasure to play. I salute you.

Thanks for the praise!

I was scared I might break something if I made Steam Engineer summon from deck. Something like Mermails.

Flare Packrat is basically stealth Infernoid support. And I think the later cards add enough searching.

Kraken's battle position change happens at the same time the rest of the effect applies, it's just that it's optional. I wanted to be able to use the rest of the effect without changing the battle position if I didn't want to, hence the strange wording.

Whoops, Searing Penguin's effect was meant to add from deck to hand.

I'll change Mantle to only prevent attacking for the rest of the turn, and also slap a OPT on it. I'll put an OPT on Mite as well.
