You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing monsters in your Graveyard whose total Level equal or exceed the Level of this card. Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can reveal 1 Ritual Monster in your hand; shuffle into the Deck, your banished monsters whose total Level equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual Monster, then Special Summon that Ritual Monster. (This Special Summon is treated as a Ritual Summon) When this card leaves the field: Banish all Ritual Monsters Special Summoned by this effect.

Necroz Bait all the way. Any dangerous Ritual monster that can dramatically affect the results of the game you'd be able to put of 2 of them with this card. I don't like that. Especially because ARA OS now at 3 you can basically set up any level 8 Ritual this card and get another level 8 Ritual out with a problem... Broken potentially

If you can banish monsters from your graveyard whose levels exceed this card, you can banish every monster if you wish. Same thing with shuffling the banished monsters: you could shuffle them all back. And if the cards banished for this card's summoning condition had to match this card's level exactly, it'd make this a lot less splashable and abusable.

This card makes every Ritual of level 8 and below generic. Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon is going to be a thing soon, you know. And that's just one example. This card really needs limitations. Also I think it would make more sense thematically, and also balance it better, if you made the special summon not count as a ritual.
