1.can i activate mask change if I don't have any monster in my extra deck?

2.can i activate a card to negate the summon of a monster cannot be destroyed by card effects?

3.how I can use last counter?

1. No

2. Yes, if the summon of a monster is going to be negated, that monster is not techincally on the field yet to apply its effects, keep in mind summons that happens by an activated effect cannot be negated, in that case the effect itself will have to be (if possible)

3. You need to have 2 BB on your field, when an attack occurs 1 goes to GY, the other one gets a boost and battles the opponent monster now

Can Magician's Right Hand negate the activation of Oracle Of The Herald?

It can negate the effect of Oracle. Right Hand's effect is continuously applied; it doesn't activate, and it simply applies when Oracle resolves.

(Note that Right Hand negates effects, not activations. It says "Negate the effect".)

1 - If the opponent activate Solemn Strike when I summon a Cyber Angel, can I banish Machine Angel Ritual from the GY to protect it or not?
2 - I have 2 ritual monsters with the same name in GY (one has been summon and the other hasn't), can they both be special summoned from GY by the card's effect?
3 - When ritual monster has been summoned but was sent back to the hand by the card's effect and then it's discarded to the GY, can it be special summoned from the GY by the card's effect?

Thank-you :)

1 - Your opponent cannot activate Solemn Strike when you Summon a Cyber Angel, as Solemn Strike only affects monsters that would be Special Summoned via game mechanics, i.e. Xyz, Synchro, Link Summoning or effects like Cyber Dragon, but Ritual Summoning and Fusion Summoning are Special Summons via card effects, and so the window when the monster would be Summoned for when Strike would respond is over by the time the card effect resolves.

2 - No. This is where GY order comes into play; only the copy you have correctly Summoned can be SSd by another card's effect.

3 - Can't answer this definitively, sorry. I would assume not, as I feel their Summoning conditions are reset when returned to a location such as the hand, Deck, or Extra Deck where they are not public knowledge, but I can't say this for certain.

So let me get this right, summoning a monster by a card's effect doesn't open a summon window, is that right? If my monster has been normal summon and the opponent activate Solemn Strike, can I activate Safe Zone to protect it?

Summoning a monster by a card's effect does not open a Summon window.

Your opponent cannot activate Solemn Strike when you would Normal Summon a monster, as it can only respond to Normal Summons/Monster Effects. Regardless, Solemn Strike is a Speed Spell 3 card, being a Counter Trap, and can only be responded to by another Counter Trap.

Not all monster effects are activated effects.

If Cyber Dragon would be Special Summoned by its own effect, Solemn Strike can be activated.

The matter at hand is simple: All cards and effects, including Solemn Strike, can't be activated while a Chain is resolving, so if a Special Summon would occur while an activated card or effect is resolving, it can never feasibly be negated.

Whether a Summon can feasibly be negated has nothing to do with how the Summon is being conducted or what is being used to conduct the Summon. Rather, it has everything to do with what's happening while the Summon is being conducted. As long as you keep "cards and effects can't be activated while a Chain is resolving" in mind, you can handle any interaction involving Summon negation, from Cyber Dragon to BLS to Ritual Summons to Synchro Summons to cards like Wonder Xyz ("immediately after this effect resolves").

So let me get this right, summoning a monster by a card's effect doesn't open a summon window, is that right? If my monster has been normal summon and the opponent activate Solemn Strike, can I activate Safe Zone to protect it?

Note that if your monster "would be Summoned" from anywhere other than the field, you don't control it yet.

1. Roulette spiders halves your LP total when it is activated. It has no other remaining effect on any other card you activate.

2. Sorry, I don't fully understand the question. Could you please rephrase it?

3. Discarding happens at the very end of your turn, after the End Phase is completed. Remember, in YGO, you can't do any two things at the same time; that's why chaining happens. If you discard a card such as The White Stone of Legend because of your hand size, its effect will still activate that.

4. There's two basic ways an effect could have you gain LP when you take damage:

4.1 When you would take damage, gain the same amount of LP instead.

4.2: If you take damage: Gain the same amount of LP.

The first effect, as it doesn't have a colon and applies when something "would" happen, it doesn't activate. The damage simply isn't taken, and their wouldn't be any point where he did take damage, simply gaining LP.

The second effect activates (i.e., starts a chain) after the damage has been inflicted, and yes, you could activate an effect such as "If a player takes damage: Draw 1 card." in response to this second effect. The damage has been taken, and the second effect merely replenishes it; but not immediately, giving you the opportunity to respond before it resolves.
