Ryusei the Morning Star
I wonder if this was made to counter Metalphosis since they have problematic fusions (stein) pendulums (kirin) and Synchros (Ultimaya)
The Nyx Avatar
You know, this card reminds me of this card: However, this is mostly due to how it's capable of affecting so much, but you specify in what you want to impede.
Tinkerer
GAGAGIGO! *Cough* This card is extremely good. Dare I say Main Deck material?
Zeaux
It is insane how Kozmo and Monarchs can escape from almost any of these types of counter cards. Card is good but wont be Main Deck material until Kozmo and Monarchs get out of the metagame.
Lonk
This card's effect is very potent. I'm definitely maindecking in Demise Metalfoes.

Althemia
man this card seems nuts, what a hard counter to pretty much anything. They've been making really weird answer cards lately, thinking about it.
vla1ne
main deck material right here, has no cost at all, and the second you see the first 1-2 monsters of your opponent, you will likely know exactly what to call. kozmo might not care when not backed into a corner, and pure monarchs don't care, but against pretty much everything else, it is an amazingly versatile floodgate, if only for a turn. The key is that ritual is a dimensionthe professor has to sacrifice humans like stars, to create the dimension, the girls act as the ritual spell, and the guys are the components of the ritual monster, makes perfect sense. Progenitor
I always like the lore behind these. Seeing the neverending struggle between Freed, Gogiga Gagagigo, and Marauding Captain is kinda neat across so many cards. From what I gather, this is the moments following Memory of an Adversary and Oath of Companionship, in which Gogiga Gagagigo purified his soul to become Gagagigo the Risen. However, he had to return to his own dimensional plane much to the dismay of Marauding Captain, as it was their friendship that caused Gagagigo to break free of his corruption. Aside from that noise, card is pretty neat, and could f over so many decks. Sure decks that aren't only rooted in 1 extra deck option aren't going to be nearly as hurt by it, but still. It's nice to have.

They've been making really weird answer cards lately, thinking about it.Willing to bet this is konami's response to the recent special summoning epidemic. It's a short term, selective vanity that makes up for those two factors by negating effects too. It's good, and likely will see play, but it's not anything crazier than what we've seen before
Kaiji
Rofl ABC does a pretty good job of subverting this. Calling Fusion is still good vs the deck but you still have Xyz (synchro might come up but the opponent should wait for Hangar to resolve before responding). Metalphosis are already pretty diverse, but wondering if Blue Eyes will finally start investing in fusions after this cards release
