Also, at first I thought of making the player declare the names of 2 cards (this card didn't banish the bottom 2 cards of your deck instead of just the one) instead but that whould be way too hard to pull off and not as fun.

Outside of that, there's a whole lot of luck involved. Seems kind of dangerous, and I doubt this card would ever see play, even in casual. Most of the time, why waste deck space on a card that's just in case you lose when you could put cards in your Deck that would help you win?

 

Also, I'm not sure that being a Counter Trap is an appropriate type. It should technically be a Normal Trap, I believe, since most Counter Traps are just that; made to counter other cards. Meanwhile, this doesn't explicitly counter something, but instead makes it so that something else happens.

 

Anyway, this is a weird concept, but I believe every wincon has a way. The Sylvan way is probably the best one, but you'd have to be able to search for the cards first.

Yup, Sylvans are most defenitely the way to go with this one!

 

And I'll agree with that, this card fits more into a suicidal deck OR when you know you're dueling against exodia FTK and this is your only hope.

 

You can also just use Convulsion of Nature to pull off the cheapest win ever.
