The Extra Deck is a mess and I have no idea about most of the ratios. Worked pretty well for me so far, though. For those who may not have realised, the aim of the deck is primarily just to do Mermail stuff, but also do some awesome shenanigans with Bahamut Shark going into Treatoad. Thanks, that list did give me a couple of ideas, Coral Dragon is a good shout. Also I completely forgot about the existence of Gungir as well as Soul Charge. I've been out of the game for too long... I agree with regard to Sphere, so I took it out along with Linde and Leed and I added a second Mizuchi, though I'm not absolutely sure that's necessary.Either way, not planning on going down the Frog route. Blake Posted July 25, 2016 Report Share Posted July 25, 2016 Yeah, sphere is just outdated. I'm unsure if TCG is still fond of it, but I know OCG isn''t, and I have to agree. I will give you a single argument for Frogs, though I'm not a mermail player. Dupe Frog's battle protection is finally relevant when paired with Treatoad, who summons it more or less immediately, and it lets Treatoads go beyond one shot. Blsisold Posted July 31, 2016 Report Share Posted July 31, 2016 i wouldnt say aqua spirit to be that good honestly, if you play 3 instant fusion and maybe even a thousand eyes restrict you will get all the rank 4 plays you need, not to mention going instant fusion getting back dragoons and profiting again is really good. Probably cut the mermail engine down a bit and add 1 more infantry and a marks Pike isnt that good without sphere/linde so id cut 1 or even 2 out. some big eye in the extra deck consider gameciel, as hes a water Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
