Many years later, humanity has evolved so much since landing on the moon colony, they have even expanded into colonies far off and ones with artificial suns and advanced systems. It's a nice time, and meeting other intellectual lifeforms and learning each others languages, it has been common knowledge in school to learn languages of certain alien speech. Although, not everything is all happy and dandy. The Galactic Military have been protecting various regions using advanced jets, planes, etc. Although, someone unexpected happened. A neutral faction, named the Teaffeas, have become suddenly hostile. The Teaffeas were a human faction which its founders had bred with alien lifeforms, creating the Teaffeas. They had suddenly attacked the Galactic Military, right around when a new type of fighting unit was made, something called a 'Hexal,' which was a mech suit which was highly customizable, so it was easy to make any type. The Galactic Military hadn't gotten this technology yet, as they were working on an AI for it, but apparently the Teaffeas had. So they were losing badly, colonies destroyed, and they were backed into a corner. Having no options, they had opened a program for any remaining colonies. They had named it the 'Hex Combat Program,' which trained people to become Pilots, which were named 'Hex's,' of the new 'Hexal' mechs. When they had finished the AI, they had named it the 'Hex Combat Assistment Program,' which aided the pilots in combat. People who weren't top of the class got a standard issued Hexal, which had nothing that special. The first class had graduated around this point, and the top of the class got a customized mech, with special abilities to aid in combat. The top of the class were a special unit, which fought in battle together in special missions, which proved to tough for other units to handle. The unit was called the Hex-Grid.
So this was the basic plot of what this roleplay could be. I'm probably gonna have about 7 - 10 people only, I think I could manage that better than anyone joining at any point.
