(-IN HARRRRRRRRRRMONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!)

Sorry. Just ignore that.

As a memorial to ShootingStar03, a marvel of DeviantArt, I present to you another BDS Equation that this page (and card within) has been made to fix. See if you can notice the gap!

Ebon Illusion Magician - Ebon High Magician

Magi Magi Magician Gal - ??????????????????

So, this. You're welcome, nerds. Review at will, for you, are all my irreplaceable army of adoring readers.

(and yes, I know that Magi Magi was an exclusive like the original B&W Dark Magician, BUT I DON'T HAVE IT THO. So I'm fixing that issue by bringing another Gal to the fray.)

[spoiler=Ivor Ivor • Magician Gal: Errata]

DARK/Spellcaster-Type Xyz Effect Monster/Rank 6/2100 ATK/2600 DEF

Lore: 2 Level 6 monsters
When this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your Graveyard, and if you do, you can add 1 monster with the same name as that monster from your Deck to your hand, but you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck for the rest of the turn. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Set all face-up cards your opponent currently controls, and if you do, until the opponent's End Phase, those Set cards cannot be flipped face-up by their controller, also their effects cannot be activated.

BDS, signing off.

Nice; I've used this image before, too. Anywho:

It's got a cute Special Summon effect that can help accelerate Magician plays. And it helps that you can Summon this via Call of the Haunted and it would still go off. As for the second effect is rather harsh, even if the cards don't leave the field, they become dead weight. But seeing how few Decks could actually build Rank 6 monsters, I'd say it balances out.

I guess Pendulum Magicians could use this with 2 copies of Oafdragon out (and/or Unicorn; take your pick) for searching, but looking at their playstyles, I don't think they have a ton of targets to revive for its effect, except maybe Insight or something if you discard or R4 with it (would be nice to search another copy though). Then again, it's a generic Rank 6, so stuff like Cyber Angels and Hieratics can use it too, if only for the setting thing.

Given current plays, I don't see the S/T one working too much, except in maybe limited circumstances. Monster one would screw over a few Decks though, especially Flip effect stuff (cya 'dolls, Prediction Princess, Rocks [need to check if a bulk of them trigger when flipped], etc). Oh right, and that new Subterror thing gets screwed over too. Yeah, the detach effect is pretty deadly on that end, especially if this gets used on a full field and renders your opponent unable to use said cards.

I'd recommend modifying the effect to just last for a single turn only; not forever. Even then, it'll still be pretty potent in sealing the opponent off for a turn.

As already mentioned, you do have Hieratics who can Rank 6, but those take some effort to really use at the moment. Not really sure on other competent Rank 6 decks though besides them (idk, maybe Inzektors if they want to run this over Beetle or something).

I'll see what I can do on modding up the effect. The main point of this was to have something good for Level 6 having Spellcasters to go into-and also help out the Magician Girl archetype. Stay tuned.
