leafbladie Posted August 9, 2016 Report Share Posted August 9, 2016 When learning about Ma'at from the GX manga, I was so disappointed by its lackluster adaption that I decided it was time to make a better one. Obviously this would be better off in a Deck which runs multiples of the same card, such as Blue-Eyes, which also mills through the Deck pretty fast with Pot of Cupidity/Desires. You could also build a deck around it by using Card Advance, so that's a thing. Ta'amSpellcaster-Type/LIGHT/Level 10/ATK ?/DEF ? (Fusion)1 LIGHT Fairy-Type monster + 1 LIGHT Dragon-Type monsterMust be Fusion Summoned using the above materials, and cannot be Summoned by other ways. When this card is Fusion Summoned: Declare 5 card names; excavate the top 5 cards of your Deck, add any of them that you named to your hand, also send the remaining cards to the Graveyard. xbon Posted September 24, 2016 Report Share Posted September 24, 2016 too strong imo, this would be staple for exodia decks, just declare the remaining pieces and search cards, it has a fine power level at 3 excavates, OR have it unable to declare cards with "forbidden one" or "Exodia" in their names, also card advance + this would be WAY too strong, FIVE card draws, honestly, there's no real way to make it balanced with 5 excavates... especially since that'd be so strong for infernoids and sylvans and a myriad of others. Also, what dragons and fairys would Exodia even use to summon it?easy in a heart of the underdog pendulum build, I noticed it's only when it's summoned, that makes it slightly better, however the condition to summon is too easy to draw 5, drawing 5 cards is just not all that looked up upon these days, it's why card destruction, morphng jar, cyber jar, etc are all banned, there's barely anything you can do to make draw 5 not be OP, unless it had some rocket arrow express-tier upkeep or something.
