According to your own deadline, you posted this after it would have been finished already. (It's August 11th, and you've got the deadline set to August 5th). Assuming to meant to put that date much later, I present thee with a card.

W9eQ8Rm.png

ATK: 3000

DEF: 3500

Full Effect: This card cannot be Set. This card can only be Normal Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 3 monsters on your side of the field. This card can change its Battle Position during the same turn it is Normal Summoned. The controller of this card cannot change. This card cannot return to its controller's hand. This card is unable to be destroyed by other card effects (except by the effects of DIVINE-Attribute monsters). Your opponent cannot tribute this card and/or equip cards to this card. When this card is Special Summoned from either the Graveyard or Banished Zone: At the End Phase, return this card to the Graveyard or Banished Zone. Once per turn: The Turn Player may select one monster in their Graveyard and pay 300LPx the monster's level; Special Summon it under its owner's control (ignoring summoning restrictions), and is Banished if it leaves the field. If Anubis, Guide to the Afterlife leaves the field: Banish all monsters summoned by this effect.

Balance:  5 Points

-Reason: "300 LP Times the Level of the monster" Decreases LP to Quickly.

Usability: 20 Points

-Reason: It Plays Like as if it would Actually Fit in even the Deity's Judgemental Abilities.

Creativity: 10 Points

-Reason: You came up with a half-rip-off effect that is common among other cards and not a God-Like Ability.

Flavor: 10 Points

-Reason: Making Sense to the Community of Players is Important and Needed when creating your cards.

Comprehension: 5 Points

-Reason: Even Ihe Attempt at the hilight of Standard English is confusing.

Total: 50 Points

Just as a sidenote that you grade the entries AFTER the deadline has passed; not when a member submits them.

But yeah, you'll need to provide more specifics as to why you think Talim Rave deserved the scores you've given her (and/or be prepared to explain yourself when queried about it). Like we told you last contest, you may wish to look at the CC monthly and other contests for a general idea of how to grade.

Guide was a solid 2/10 that I ignored.

Anubis, Primodorial of Darkness

DIVINE / Level 10

Divine-Beast / Effect

ATK:? DEF:?

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 3 monsters you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Cannot be targeted by card effects. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can banish 1 monster you control, except this card; this card gains ATK and DEF equal to the banished monster's original ATK and DEF. You can tribute 2 monsters to banish all Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls. Any battle damage your opponent takes from this card is halved.

I'm just going to drop in and make it clear that grading like what you've given Yuuji (automatic 25% simply for not doing the way you want, and not grading it properly) WILL result in you being barred from hosting any contests whatsoever in this section for a period of time. The same applies for the rest of you, so do keep this in mind.

There is nothing wrong with using Written Cards for entries (or using TCGEditor if members so choose), and doing so should NOT be penalized. (Also, it's common sense on how to actually use the cardmaker).
