Mill Magnets with Delta, beatdown with Koa'kis and Lord Gaia.

Block retrieves guys to overlay. Delta can be detached from Xyzs to summon Valkyrion.

I'm not fully convinced by the role of the Lord Gaias here. I can see how it deals with beaters, but given its summoning conditions I would think it can get cloggy sometimes. Maybe there are other cards you could run? or empty Monster Zones on your side happen more often than I think? Besides, this is a Monster Mash-focused deck so I guess more Spell/Traps aren't an option.

Wouldn't it better to run 2 Crab Kings and 1 Pearl? Crab King seems better since it reaches a higher ATK than Pearl and then defends you with 3000; or am I missing something?

Have you considered or tested Block Dragon? Or is it ineffective or impractical in the deck?

Personally, I'd think Gorz might be better for this deck than Lord Gaia.

Ties of the Brethren is a really nice addition for both Koakis and Magnet Warriors. If ya do end up using this, ya might wanna end up running at least 1 Fossil Dyna and Giant Sentry of Stone.

This seems like a perfect deck for anger earthenware

Looked it up. Seems unnecessary with all the easy search cards already.

No Berserkion, but you have Valkyrion? I know Delta is a thing, but Berserkion is still searchable via Alpha....

No space for Berserion.

Cutting the Gaias for Ties of the Brethren.

Point taken on Crab King.

Haven't tested Block Dragon.

Gorz is DARK, so he clashes with Block Golem.

Point taken on Ties.

No room for Berserion? Just cut 1 Valkyrion. He is easily summoned from the Deck and you wont be summoning 3 of them every game. He is also dead in your hand, while Berserion can at least be summoned from there and have better effects.

There are 2 cards that can be run alongside Koakis + Ties: Barrier Statue of the Drought and Fossil Dyna. Cutting one Koaki that negate monster effects for any of these would be nice. You could even remove the Dark Hole since it is a monster mash.dek for this.

Construction Train Signal Red is another option instead of the Scarecrow. Level 3 EARTH that protects your monters from battle.

I had forgotten about Rafflesia: As EARTH it doesn't interfere with Block Golem and with the lack of Traps in the deck you can splash a Treacherous Trap Hole without the risk of it ending up dead; or run 1~2 more Trap Holes for using Rafflesia's effect more than once.

If you are considering cutting any of the Koa'ki rocks for space, I believe the first one to go should be Sandman, as AFAIK currently Traps aren't as vital or prominent in most decks, except for Counter Traps (e.g Solemn brigade), but Sandman cannot beat those anyway.
