Long Ago in places we only see and hear about in movies, there was a town in the west where spirits never pasted on. Welcome to a ghost town in the old wild west. Monster whose are not actually there and can never die. Spells and Traps that demonstrate the full force of the wild west.

If you control no monsters: You can banish 1 "Phantom" Card in you possession: Draw 1 Card. You can use this effect of "Phantom Cowboy" once per turn. If you control a monster this card's Pendulum Scale becomes 4.

If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) in face-up Attack Position. You can place this card (from your hand) face-up in your Extra Deck; Add 1 "Phantom" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand.
