So...think I may have shtupped the card a little, but I leave it to your counsel as to how to proceed. 

 

Still, is a lot to say for this allowing a pipeline to the Cipher boss become available to Warrior-or-Machine-usin' R4NK decks. ABC and Satellarknights in particular.

Lore: 2 Level 4 Warrior or Machine-Type monsters

Once per turn: You can detach 1 or 2 Xyz Materials from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; that target's ATK becomes 3000, also apply a number of these effects, up to the number of Xyz Materials you detached. These effects cannot accumulate. • This card  gains 1000 ATK until the end of the turn. • This card's name becomes "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard, until the end of the next turn. • Set 1 "Cipher" Quick-Play Spell Card or Normal Trap Card directly from your Deck.
