The Nyx Avatar Posted October 1, 2016 Report Share Posted October 1, 2016 Oh cool. This would make the second card ever that directly interacts with ? ATK/DEF monsters? This includes cards like Tragoedia, King of Skull Servants, Divine Serpent Geh, Megarock Dragon, and Tyranno Infinity just to name a few. So with the varying power of these cards, it's nice for this card to include a strict "once per turn" clause to try to keep it in check. As for its last effect, there's already Marie the Fallen One, which increases your Life Points by 200 during each of your Standby Phases while in your Graveyard, so this seems to overshadow it. Overall, it's an alright card that gives support to monsters with ? ATK/DEF. Nothing too overpowered, but not an underwhelming card either. You're under the AC minimum and this is something we could figure out on our own. -----I mean, it has a ton of viable targets that can be searched (not like a lot of them are good nowadays or mesh well with the card). Guess you could search out weird stuff like Fortune Ladies (they probably would appreciate the search to some extent, but dk) or yeah, certain things like what Nyx noted above. And yes, this can search the god cards (barring Obelisk) if you can't search them fast enough from True Name or something. As for the LP boost overshadowing Marie, it's fine as literally no one runs that card; though in this case, this one is just a small boost one time only. cp49100 Posted October 3, 2016 Report Share Posted October 3, 2016 That name is Konami level 10/10 In addition to what the others said:If you really wanted to use this in a Fortune Lady deck (or any deck in general really) you could use it to special summon The Tricky or combo it with Magical Dimension (you only need a spellcaster on the field to activate it) to special summon a spellcaster and search! Use Foolish Burial to effectively thin your Deck by 2 cards Plus 1 out of Dark World Dealings! Use Generation Shift to destroy one of these guys and then add another and a searched monster to your hand (and discard it next or during your opponent's turn if you can!). or just Synchro with it/detach it as an overlay unit etc etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
