I haven't hosted a tournament in ages and figured I'd finally get around to doing one I was interested in, and with the knowledge that new content would be in the Mario Kart 8 port to Nintendo Switch, I started thinking about what tracks I'd like to see come back. Those together are why I set this up, and I plan on holding at least 3 different MKGP based on tracks, characters, and cups.Similar to Cowcow's tournaments, you'll be able to nominate tracks until the upper limit of 64 has been reached. The rules for the tournament are as follows:[spoiler=Rules]1. Each user may nominate up to 6 tracks each2a. Nominate tracks by including their name and, in parenthesis, the name of the system it debuted in.(e.g. Rainbow Road (SNES); Bowser Castle 2 (GBA); Baby Park (GCN))Shorthand System titles are: SNES, N64, GBA, GCN, DS, Wii, 3DS, Wii U2b. If a track has appeared in multiple games, I will include a picture of the iteration from the latest game.3. You cannot nominate more than 3 tracks from the same game.4. One nomination will put a track into the tournament. If you nominate a track already on the list, I will inform you and disregard the choice until you submit a different nomination.5. If you make a post in a tournament match thread, please post your reasoning for voting. No spamming. General section and forum rules apply.6. This is a 1v1 single elimination tournament. Matches will normally end 48 hours after the thread is posted.7.
