Quick-Play Spell Card

When this card is activated: target 1 face-up Tuner monster either player controls; while that card is face-up on the field, it's treated as a non-Tuner monster. You can discard this card; add 1 Level 3 or lower Tuner monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate this effect of "O.O.S. - Odd Outer Station" once per turn.

Well hail. Non-Tunerization of monsters on the field, and searches up Tuners from the hand? Way to thrust a log into the eyes of both Crystrons and PSYframes, ya silly bird. Deservedly in the latter Archetype's case-hand trap your way to victory with the 2nd most broken Synchro on the planet, will you?! (in case you're curious, number 1 is still Brionac.)

 

Don't need to necessarily say it's activated if its the first effect, tho: it's implied, like the "during either player's turn" is on Continuous Trap Cards.

 

Also, adding up a Machine-Type tuner instead with its discard effect COULD help fit with the picture in the center, but again, you're the doctor and that's (window) dressing.

 

All in all, a pretty good card. And hella huge too-but the impact it'd have on the Synchro front would make its size look microscopic in comparison.
