--------------------

[spoiler=Card A]Gyaso, the Giant Bat Kaiju
WIND - Level 8 - Winged-Beast/Effect - 2400/2400
You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) to your opponent's field in Attack Position, by Tributing 1 monster they control. If your opponent controls a "Kaiju" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) in Attack Position. You can only control 1 "Kaiju" monster. Once per turn: You can remove 2 Kaiju Counter from anywhere on the field to target 1 monster you control; that target gains 600 ATK and can attack directly this turn.

[spoiler=Card B]Negadonius, the Interstellar Kaiju
LIGHT - Level 10 - Scale 6 - Wyrm/Pendulum/Effect - 3500/2600
Pendulum - This card is treated as a "Kaiju" monster while it is in the Pendulum Zone. Once per turn: You can remove 3 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; all monsters your opponent controls lose 600 ATK. If this card would be destroyed and sent to the Extra Deck, you can send it to the Graveyard instead.
Effect - Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. If your opponent controls a "Kaiju" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only control 1 "Kaiju" monster. Once per turn: You can remove 3 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; Negate the effects of all face-up cards your opponent controls. During the End Phase OR when this card is destroyed: You can remove 2 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; Destroy all cards in every Pendulum Zone and 1 "Kaiju" monster your opponent controls, then place this card in your opponent's Pendulum Zone.

Card A basically enables one of your monsters to strike directly; for this card, 3000 ATK is certainly going to leave a mark on the opponent (and I remember they can generate quite a bit of counters off Waterfront). Slightly skeptical about this card permitting high power direct attacks, but since the theme of Kaiju is literally "big monster battles", I guess it's fine.

Card B is pretty much one-sided blanket negation when it's out, meaning no Pendulums and opponent can't really trigger much after things get shot. Then again, it blows up Pendulums when it dies or during the End Phase, so a Kaiju version of Wavering Eyes, I guess, then forces itself onto the opponent's field. Granted, your opponent can still take advantage of you giving them a free Scale, but for the most part, it'll certainly limit whatever the opponent can P-Summon.

P-effect-wise, it's just there to ensure you can summon a free Kaiju monster from hand when opponent has none. Stat lowering effect is fine, considering that they can more/less generate enough counters with the field up and all. Last effect basically lets you revive it via CoTH or something (and keep it going b/c obviously there is no Scale 11+ yet), then plus off of Files, which is nice.

Still, I do feel that for the new "ultimate" Kaiju, it's doing more than it should be. It's a Pendulum killer, effect negator and also evading the usual requirements for free Kaijus. (So basically, one can summon Jizukiru/this or something for free while the opponent is stuck with this). The effect negation is fine, considering it's not "during either player's turn", but it has  lot going on it.

Voting for A.
