Male is a recent favorite as I've just started Soul Eater today (due to your thread on evil in fact; it finally pushed me over the edge to watch the show) but Stein's easily one of my favorites by leaps and bounds. The Medusa gif finally got me to watch it, though I have to admit she was far cuter in the gif than when I got to see her in action so far.
