DISCLAIMER: I'm only hosting this contest, so I won't do the judging (unless if necessary).

Requirements
Create a "balanced" card that has effects that includes coin-flipping and/or (6-sided)dice-rolling.

Rules
● No entry fee needed, but feel free to donate as much as you want and it will go stright to the pot!
● There is no limit to the amount of entrants allowed in this contest.
● Entries must be posted inside the spoiler tag.
● Entries are all due at January 1st 11:59 PM [GMT +7].
● Rewards will be properly granted at the end of the contest.
● Standard YCM and Custom Cards rules apply in this section. Please remember to follow them in this contest.
● Written cards are accepted, however if you want to do this; do not use the cardmaker to generate a pictureless image. Just type it out in text format. Also remember to post your card's effect underneath so it can be easily read if you post a regular card.
● You are allowed to make minor edits to your card until the deadline (such as effect correction, OCG/spelling fixes, etc.), but you should have already designed the card as a final product. Changing your entry completely is prohibited, unless if the requirements change.
● All cards must abide by the maximum 5000 ATK/DEF rule for original stats.
● Any TCG/OCG card that is known to us before its release can be considered as released.
● You don't need to provide a submission immediately when you enter, but it needs to be here by the deadline if you want it to be scored.
● No fake attributes/types/mechanics allowed. No LAUGH/DIVINE attributes and Divine-Beast/Creator God types allowed either.
● All entrants must give a rep to each judge.
● Have fun!

Judging
Anyone is allowed to be the judges, but they must submit a copy of their own judging rubric to me (must be detailed and out of 100 points). Please PM me if you're interested in judging.

Rewards
● 1st: 4000 points + 40% of the pot + (the amount of entrants) reps.
● 2nd: 3000 points + 30% of the pot + (3/4 of the amount of entrants [rounded]) reps.
● 3rd: 2000 points + 20% of the pot + (2/4 of the amount of entrants [rounded]) reps.
● 4th: 1000 points + 10% of the pot + (1/4 of the amount of entrants [rounded) reps.

DARK / Level 7 / Fairy / Effect

 

Each time you rolls a die (or dice). you can choose 1 die result, also then your opponent choose 1 die result different than your choice; and then toss a coin.
● Head: The die result is treated as the result Chosen by you. also then when this effect resolved, all monster your opponent control lose ATK and DEF equal to that result x100.
● Tail: The die result is treated as the result Chosen by your Opponent. also then when this effect resolved, this card gain ATK and DEF equal to that result x100.

 

ATK 2500 / DEF 2000

 

Designers note: Dice Roll is arguably the weakest of luck-based effects in this game. obviously being  the most random. at best if that card ratio of "good" effect is higher, there still high probability that you gonna miss the effect that you really need...so by "transform" the die rolling to coin tossing here we can cut down the randomness so you can choose certain effect to be triggered for that current play while still retain if not improving by a slight the randomness of that card. the hidden power of this monster also lies in its typing and sizeable stat that you can use to beat face or other utility to progressing the game..but again since this card effect is rather specialize i think its rather balance since it won't aid your play to much other than advantage provided by its trait

Since judging didn't go over so smoothly last time, I'll be entering w/ 500 Points.

LIGHT, Level 1, Thunder-Type, Effect Monster, Tuner, Atk 0, Def 0

During your Main Phase, if all monster(s) you control are Thunder-Type: You can roll a six-sided dice, then Special Summon 1 Thunder-Type Monster from your Deck in Defense Position, except "Cuby", whose level is less than or equal to the result. You can only activate this effect of "Cuby" once per turn.
