Get ready for an entirely new form of Royal Paladin aggro deck wee.

The release of Alfred Oath changes a lot about the deck and gives it a potential place on the map beside Sanctuary Guard, with it exchanging the huge early columns of Regalie for the deathly consistency of Alfred and Elron. The ability to tutor up the perfect board states for an early game Llew means that you're going to be able to start doing the Blaster Blade attack cycles under a near perfect board quickly and easily due to Larousse's ability to fetch both Barcgal and Flogal.

Exiv is there so that I can maintain an Alfred name, consistently being able to use Elron on my Grade 3 ride to tutor whatever G2 I might need at the moment. (More than likely Llew a lot, but it will sometimes be Larousse) Playing the single copy of Picus gives you a way to create SGD level columns in the match-ups you might need it, and it's a Swordsman as well as a Grade 2 in the deck for Alfred to be able to tutor out with ease.
