Rulings notes for "This card can be treated as 2 xyz materials for an xyz summon":

 

Once the xyz summon happens, the card with this effect only counts as 1 material. e.g. The card with this effect cannot be detached as 2 materials for a cost or effect such as Number 101. Also, if there's an effect that triggers when an xyz monster is summoned using x materials such as http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Star_Seraph_Scale, the card with this effect only counts as 1 material towards that.

 

 

Once per turn: you can target 1 other "Overlay-Gemini" monster you control; increase its level by 1.  If this card is sent to the graveyard: you can add 1 "Overlay-Gemini" monster from your deck to your hand, except "Overlay-Gemini Knight". You can only use this effect of "Overlay-Gemini Knight" once per turn.

 

 

When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, this face-up Defense Position card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets an Xyz or "Overlay-Gemini" monster you control (except during the Damage Step) while there is another "Overlay-Gemini" card in your graveyard with a different name: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate that effect.

 

 

If your opponent controls a monster that was special summoned from the extra deck and controls more monsters then you do, you can special summon this card (from your hand). While there are 2 or more "Overlay-Gemini" cards in your graveyard or banished zone (combined) with different names, this card can be treated as 2 xyz materials for an xyz summon. An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card as an Xyz Material gains this effect.*If it is xyz summoned: target 1 spell/trap card your opponent controls; banish that target.

 

 

If you control no cards, you can normal summon this card without tributing, but you cannot special summon for the rest of this turn, except by xyz summon. Once per turn: you can reveal 1 "Overlay-Gemini" card in your hand or banish 1 from your graveyard; this card can be treated as 2 xyz materials for an xyz summon. An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card as an Xyz Material gains this effect. *If it inflicts battle damage to your opponent: draw 1 card.

 

 

Reveal 1 "Overlay-Gemini" card in your hand or shuffle 1 from your graveyard or banished zone into the deck to target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 Xyz monster with the same Type as that monster you control, but 1 Rank higher, by using it as the Xyz Material and attach this card to that monster as an Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.)

 

 

When your opponent activates a card or effect that targets a cards(s) you control while you have 2 or more "Overlay-Gemini" cards in your graveyard or banished zone (combined) with different names: negate the activation and if you do, destroy that card, You can banish this card from your Graveyard to target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control and 1 "Overlay-Gemini" monster in your Graveyard; attach that monster from the Graveyard to that face-up Xyz Monster, as an Xyz Material.
