Flash Flyer - Sakura
While Beedrill can be Special Summoned in Butterspies or something (think Droite/Dextra from ZEXAL), the rest of the Level 4 Insect pool is basically vanillas or stuff you shouldn't be running. The effect seal during the BP is nice though, but the detach is a worse version of Castel (in terms of field presence; you're giving up this card to bounce something else, and it appears to be mandatory). Direct attacks are fine though. The Chaos form is a lot better though, considering it can pierce/destroy and pretty much bounce stuff away when it does. You do have the Barian Force cards and stuff to go into this (well, at the time I was writing this, you had not added the Rank-Up Trap), but aesthetically, these shouldn't be linked to the actual Numbers. Lopunny is basically immune to attack by most common monsters (read: anything that isn't Monarchs, Yosen or some other stuff that doesn't SS often). BP lock is nuts though. Still not sure what Rank 3 decks that can feasibly make this on a regular basis (or really want to, considering its below average stats for a 3-mat investment, even with the lock). Mega form is better though; effectively reaches 3800 if you detach and blows up whatever it fights. Personally, I think its ATK should be buffed a little (2000-2100), but then again, it's going to get really powerful. ----Oh right, and next Pokemon, do Lucario. I Hate Snatch Steal
I have to admit that this is an interesting concept. However I don't know if these interacting with http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Number_Wall and the mega evolution forms interacting with the rank-up-magic spells from the zexal era was your intent or not. It seems like those interactions could spiral out of control easily. Since the others have been reviewed already I'll try to do blaziken. ... I don't completely understand effects since your OCG needs work. Being able to draw a card when special summoned is nice, though I'm unsure what deck could summon 2 level 8 FIRE monsters easily. The other effect is hard to understand. Does it destroy the monster at the start of the damage step [think neo spacian grand mole]? before damage calculation (this is after a face-down attack target is flipped face-up but before damage is inflicted)? After damage calculation [think D.D. Warrior Lady]? Without knowing that its hard to say more. The first sentence is written as "If this card is Special Summoned: draw 1 card." Blaziken's mega form seems poorly thought out as a whole. The first effect is fine and is worded as, "When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK on the field." The other effect seems poorly thought out. Since you already lose all your other cards you taking 300 damage for each destroyed card seems unnecessary. Also, wouldn't this effect destroy "Rank-Up-Magic" mega force? Thus destroying mega blaizken? Also, your rank-up-magic should be a continuous spell, since as is its more of a Rank-Up-Trap
CeroCero
Oh my god... So in love with that Blaziken <3, these two are real good, when you summon the first version you draw 1, when it battles it destroys whatever it fights and the mega is a scarlight with a little extra... wow, thanks

DiplomatfromPluto
Here's a suggestion for Blaziken; "When this monster attacks a monster your opponent controls, you can detach 1 Xyz material;destroy one other card your opponent controls." But cut out the damage dealing effect. This gives the monster some extra utility to getting rid of other cards, not just monsters, when it attacks. I don't know if Mega Blaziken's effect is so strong that it needs to end the player's turn though you could use the effect as the last thing in your MP 2.Maybe its second effect could read like "Detach all Xyz-Material from this Card, and if you do: Destroy all monsters your opponent controls. This monster cannot attack the turn it activates this effect." Lucario seems like the best one to me, being easy to make, then having a good statline to destroy monsters and boost itself and provide protection. Its mega is also very strong. I like how Absol has ways to deal with any type of card effect, (most anyways) and its mega with absol attached gives it an Anti-spell fragrance effect, so this would probably also be useful. Gengar and Gyarados and Venusaur are all pokemon I would suggest for your series. For gyarados, it could be made with level (7?) WATER, there's a few high level WATER archetypes of level 7 or 8 monsters. It could have a strong destruction effect, and for its mega, it could have some protection for WATER, since gyarados can work in competitive as a strong physical sweeper, and as a stalling defensive pokemon. It would also totally throw off the opponent.

The Frost King
A review on "Number P445: Sand-Shark Dragon": It has lots of attack and good effects, which is pretty standard for a high-level Xyz. The first effect is pretty useful for going against monsters who cannot be destroyed by battle. The second effect is a bit OP because you can stop some of your opponents most powerful monsters from attacking, but I think it is slightly compensated by the fact that "Number P445: Sand-Shark Dragon" has no defense against card effects. So it is a pretty decent monster. A review on "Number CP445:Sandstorm-Shark Drake": The first effect and second effects work with the second effect of "Number P445: Sand-Shark Dragon". The first effect would mainly be useful against Flip Effect monsters and that's pretty much it. The second effect is a bit much, considering that if the opponents monster had 500 or less DEF, you could take out your opponent's LP in one move. The third effect is also on the OP side, making the only way to destroy it is to use Spell/Trap cards, and if you add "Xyz Tribalrivials(http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Xyz_Tribalrivals)" to the mix, you have an almost unstoppable monster. Because of these factors, I find this monster a slight bit OP, but also a bit stable. Also, as a request, can you make a Zygarde card next? But i hope overall that you like this Card ^^ ~ Also No Zygarde it doesnt have a Mega Evolution
