Spell Quick-Play
(1) Target 1 “Stardust” Synchro Monster you control; during this turn, if that target battles an opponent’s monster, at the start of the Damage Step, shuffle that opponent’s monster into the Deck.
(2) If a “Stardust” Synchro Monster you control would Tribute itself to activate its effect, you can banish this card from your Graveyard instead.

Maaaaaan, I was super hyped when I saw the title of this thread, but this card is sheet. Maybe if there was a Stardust monster you actually want to ram into things it would be OK, but even then it seems trash. Not having to Tribute is cool, but even then that sometimes keeps Stardust safer than it would be if it was on board.

I'm sad.

It's not bad.

But it's also not good.

It doesn't do enough on it's own to warrant a deck space, imo.  The only Stardust synchros that tribute are Stardust Warrior an OG Stardust, and while being able to use their negations twice in the same turn is actually pretty damn scary, it's still not really enough.  It needed something else shoehorned on to give it a bit more value from everywhere except the graveyard.

Ehh...a bit underwhelming.

The spin effect is kind of cool, but Stardust Synchro is kind of specific, and you need to be battling the monster, making it a little predictable, but it's very good for getting rid of something very dangerous.

The Graveyard effect is...actually almost worse. It's a cool addition, but...I know Stardust Dragon has a "Tribute" cost, but what other Stardust Synchros do? Not Spark, and I don't remember the other ones' effects.

Pretty sure only Stardust Dragon and Stardust Warrior can do that, but hey maybe we'll get more Stardust monsters with Tribute effects.
