Heh, it would be funny if this series was just the characters sitting at their computers playing card games in VR the whole time, and its like a relatively normal world, but with crazy sheet happening in the VR world.

Yeah. Maybe there would be a vr world where duelists can duel each other and learn from... Didn't Bakugan try this as well?

They might as well have filmed the "characters sitting at their computers playing card games" parts as live action, having them play YGOpro or whatever, and there'd be no difference.

For reference: A Speed Duel is a duel that has players sportings halved LP's, 20 card decks, 5 card ED's, and only 3 Main Monster Zones and 3 S/T Zones. There are still two ED Zones.

There's also a strong possibility that this will be treated like Turbo Duels, and that standing normal duels will still happen.

The appearance of Aoi’s account, “Blue Angel“, that she uses to play her Trickstar Deck online, that’s headlined by her ace card, Trickstar Holly Angel!

Go Onizuka is confirmed to share the same appearance online and offline, seemingly. He’s also cited as being an Power Duelist a la Jack Atlas (i.e. very aggro style)
