[CC Starter Deck Project] A gambler's Soul

This little guy was originally supposed to be part of a much larger generic Pendulum deck until I caught wind of this project. He was originally a Scale 8, but I changed him for the sake of being less broken. Tell me what you think!

Also, I suck at PSCT, so any feedback would be much appreciated.

This is really unreliable, even for the standards of the Project IMO. The monster effect is weak considering its base ATK of 200, and it encourages to risking your advantage by placing as many cards as possible in your field to keep this card's at a decent ATK, while the opponent can do the same to drop it down. You would need a situational setup of your opponent having 6 cards at hand and you having 0 for this card to reach an ATK of 2000, which is not that good.

Then the Pendulum effect isn't amazing either: it just either gives or takes extra LP, it's unreliable from its coin-flipping, luck-relying nature, plus it applies on both players so it may end up harming you more than the opponent. So, as it stands the only useful in this this card is its scale and its Pendulum Monster properties.

To fix this, I suggest a higher base ATK or play around the ATK increases and reductions so it can reach a higher ATK and become a legitimate threat, pushing the opponent into putting as many of his/her cards at hand on the field as possible, where you can then eliminate them with removal effects.
