Archetype of Flip Effect based gimmick with built in self reset that further modified with Shifting Shadow effect (note that its Pre-PSCT). The result is super-whacky guessing game that force your opponent to guess any face-down monster he/she attacks that led to stronger Flip effects if they ever go wrong. yes its sound ultra-defensive especially with their 0 attack but in further support your opponent will never gonna resist to attack this card and go meme with the effects

 

Wild Whisperer of Cathar-Circus

EARTH / Level 3 / Beast-Warrior / Flip / Effect

 

FLIP: Target 1 monster your opponent controls, If this card was flipped face-up during the Battle Phase, after your opponent guessed this card's name incorrectly by the effect of "Cathar-Circus" card before this battle's Damage step, you can target 1 additional monster; Destroy those target(s).
Once per turn, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position, and if you do, you can rearrange the face-down Defense Position monsters you control, then return them in face-down Defense Position. Also you opponent must call the name of your face-down monster He/She attack before the Damage step of His/Her next turn.

Our Monster removal. kinda shame that i have to make its effect targets. but hey, as long your opponent is not that lucky on that particular game session its still a double removal that reset it self

 

Fortune Chronicler of Cathar-Circus

WIND / Level 3 / Spellcaster / Flip / Effect

 

FLIP: Draw 1 card, If this card was flipped face-up during the Battle Phase, after your opponent guessed this card's name incorrectly by the effect of "Cathar-Circus" card, you can Draw 2 cards instead
Once per turn, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position, and if you do, you can rearrange the face-down Defense Position monsters you control, then return them in face-down Defense Position. Also you opponent must call the name of your face-down monster He/She attack during His/Her next turn.

1 hell of a searcher. its designed to search 2 cards to keeping the curve flowing

now with addition of Fairground i change the double search into draw making it less crazy a bit

 

Cast's Usher of Cathar-Circus

EARTH / Level 3 / Spellcaster / Flip / Effect

 

FLIP: Target 1 "Cathar-Circus" monster in your Graveyard, If this card was flipped face-up during the Battle Phase, after your opponent guessed this card's name incorrectly by the effect of "Carthar-Circus" card, you can target 1 additional "Cathar-Circus" monster; Special Summon those Target(s) in Face-down Defense position.
Once per turn, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position, and if you do, you can rearrange the face-down Defense Position monsters you control, then return them in face-down Defense Position. Also you opponent must call the name of your face-down monster He/She attack during His/Her next turn.

one of the main problem of this deck is the huge number of monster it needs to start the guessing game. which i assure you more cards will be added to further aid this problem..but for now, this lovely lad can fill the needed number and in worst case herself. probs there gonna be some fixes in future since it can loop herself but for now i let it slide

 

Buddy Bilder of Cathar-Circus

WIND / Level 3 / Beast-Warrior / Flip / Effect

 

FLIP: While this card is face-up this card cannot be destroyed by Battle. additionally, If this card was flipped face-up during the Battle Phase, after your opponent guessed this card's name incorrectly by the effect of "Cathar-Circus" card, face-down monster and "Chatar-Circus" card you control cannot be destroyed by card effect while this card is face-up on the field .
Once per turn, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position, and if you do, you can rearrange the face-down Defense Position monsters you control, then return them in face-down Defense Position. Also you opponent must call the name of your face-down monster He/She attack during His/Her next turn.

this guy here helps to preserve the monster you have to keep the gimmick going

FLIP: Target 1 monster your opponent controls, If this card was flipped face-up during the Battle Phase, after your opponent guessed this card's name incorrectly by the effect of "Cathar-Circus" card before this battle's Damage step, you can target 1 additional monster; Negate the effects of those targets while its face-up on the field. then Reduce the attack of 1st target to 0.
Once per turn, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position, and if you do, you can rearrange the face-down Defense Position monsters you control, then return them in face-down Defense Position. Also you opponent must call the name of your face-down monster He/She attack before the Damage step of His/Her next turn.

probs not that strong as others but its neat to have to be flipped on your turn to negate any armandes-wanna-be effect like UTL or just to dish substantive damage while protecting your monster with its ATK reduction effect

Also you opponent must call the name of your face-down monster He/She attack during His/Her next turn.

 

Wild Whisperer partner removal.  nice to have while floodgate effect of Amphitheater is happen to lock any backrow your intended to destroy

Cathar-Circus Ticketbooth

Normal Spell

 

Active only at the start of your Main Phase while you do not control any face-up cards other than "Cathar-Circus" cards. Excavate top cards of your Deck until you Excavated 2  monster other than LIGHT and/ot DARK whose its original ATK is 0 and its combine Levels is Lower than Total Levels of monster your opponent control: Special Summon those monster in face-up Defense Position. then, shuffle the rest of the Excavated cards to your Deck. the effect of non-"Cathar-Circus" monster Summoned by this effect is negated. you cannot Summon or Set Monster other than "Cathar-Circus" Monster for the rest of this turn. you can only active 1 "Cathar-Circus Ticketbooth" once per turn.

 

technically the 1st among this deck incoming play starter. kinda restrictive but its still an instant 2 monster for you to be played with just summon the 3rd and you have a quite annoying 1/3 chances game for you opponent

 

Cathar-Circus Fairgrounds

Field Spell

 

When this card is activated: add 1 "Cathar-Circus" card from your Deck to your hand. additionally, the 1st time you activate this effect of "Cathar-Circus Fairgrounds" in this Duel; you can Add 2 Cards with different names instead. Your opponent must Attack face-down monster you control if possible. During the End Phase of opponent's turn which neither of monster he/she control is attack you can Distribute  a number of Cathar-Circus Counter among your face-up Spell/Trap card yo control equal to number of monster your opponent control. when a card with Cathar -Circus Counter would be destroyed: you can remove 1 Cathar-Circus Counter on that card, instead

Continuous Trap card

 

When this card is activated: change all monster your opponent control to face-up Attack Position, Flip effects other than "Cathar-Circus" Flip monster effect cannot be activated. During the End Phase of the turn your opponent monster attacks: Remove 1 "Cathar-Circus Counter on this card. otherwise, if you cannot; negate the following effects until opponent next End Phase.

● During your Standby Phase: Reveal the Top card of your Deck, If its a "Cathar-Circus" card; Until your next Standby Phase, Neither player can active the effects of card with the same Type as Revealed card  (Monster,Spell,Trap) except the effect of "Cathar-Circus" card.

 

basically another (kinda) attack bait. but this one has harsher punishment being floodgate on any activation effect
