Looks really solid.

If anything, there are a couple of cards I'm unsure about, like Soul Charge and the 3rd Flying C that may or may not be better in the side Deck; I know Zoodiacs will be everywhere, but still, drawing multiple Flying Cs can get sucky, I guess; while you can fill their spaces with Tenkis to grab a Zoodiac even earlier.

Also it may be too early for this, but you could run Coral Dragon or any other Synchro6 to Summon with Ghost Ogre + a Flying C the opponent drops on you, if it picks up on popularity, of course.

 

As for the side deck, have you considered Ghost Reaper? It can dispose of opponent's Extra Deck Zoodiacs that you already run, and you can even side cards like ABC-Buster Dragon for the rogue ABCs if deemed necessary.

You really don't need Tenki, a single Zoodiac gets Ratpier, which is all you need. As for Ghost Reaper, the side deck is something I'm currently fiddling with. My locals is kinda going through a huge meta shift from Metalfoes and Blue-Eyes to Zoo. Honestly, there isn't much space in the extra to play a Synchro. I could cut a Boarbow but honestly none of the Level 6 Synchros really impress me.
