Hi-Speedroid Daryuma

Machine/Synchro/Tuner/Effect/Level 7/ATK 2400/DEF 2000/WIND

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WIND monsters

During your Main Phase, if this card was Synchro Summoned this turn: You can destroy all other Level 5 or higher monsters on the field, and if you do, inflict 800 damage to your opponent. During your Main Phase: You can send 1 "Speedroid" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, this turn, this card's Level becomes equal to the sent monster's. You can only use each effect of "Hi-Speedroid Daryuma" once per turn.

First your Card is a good Counter against Tribute decks becaus all Tribute Monsters are Level 5 or higher. So your Card destroys the most of them.

Second your Card is really good for synchro summons because your Card is a tuner and changes his Level. So it´s good to summon "Clear Wings Synchro Dragon".

Really good Card IMO

(Monarchs with March up would like a word with you; that, and Speedroids already have the tools necessary to Summon Clear Wing.)

As a start, it's another Synchro option for you to make off Terrortop/Taketomborg/Red-Eyed Dice for 6s, as opposed to having to go into Clear Wing or its manga counterpart (oh right, and Winter Bell in those Yugo/Rin variants). The combo should be obvious, but Summon Terrortop, search Taketomborg, SS it and Tribute for Red-Eyed, then use Dice to change Terrortop or whatever Speedroid you have that isn't it to 6.

Yeah, it blows up Level 5+ monsters, but outside of Monarchs (IF you can get them without March up), other Synchro decks and the like, it doesn't do too much (considering how Xyz are becoming more prevalent and certainly the new Link mechanic is immune to this).

Being an Accel Synchron for the Deck doesn't hurt either; you can at least make Stardust Warrior, Chronicle Spark Dragon, Crystron Phoenix (dk if they can afford to run this, even if nuking backrow cards is amazing). Speaking only about the 2-mat Accels; I suppose you could make the 3-mats like Quasar if you have suitable setup (but even then, it sounds like more effort than it's worth).

It's possible he meant Crystal Wing (at least I hope, since a player summoning this wouldn't want to go into Clear Wing, given they have the same Materials). Anyway, this card does provide some sort of setup with its second effect, given the Deck has some effects that activate in the Graveyard (Speedroid Den-Den Daiko Duke, a Level 3 Monster Reborn for Speedroid Tuners and Speedroid Horse Stilts, a Level 4 Foolish Burial for WINDs). The latter does not work on the same turn it is sent to the Graveyard, though.
