They look kinda unwieldy to me by relying on being banished and then returned to grave. Personally, I would try to build a Rank4/Toadally Bahamut build instead, assisted by Jigobyte, Grace's Kizan-like spammability, Salvage to grab them back, Aqua Spirit/Fenrir to get a few Meroines banished, Burial of D.D. to put them back and get a burst +2~3 or so, or maybe Villager and/or Mizuki as techs to not rely too much on Burial.

Not a big fan of the cookie-cutter ROTA there, but eh, I will take it, especially when Splash Artist can activate it every turn. Plus, it can grab other targets out there like Choco Magician Girl and a couple of Ice Barriers, the former having tech potential in Meroines.

Looking at it again, it doesn't have a Level restriction, so you better be careful with that; how about grabbing Nekroz of Gugnir or Valkyrus, or Dragonpit Magician? yeah, it could get silly eventually.

 

EDIT:

I almost forgot about PSYFrame Omega, who can lead to lots of fun by placing back Meroines into the grave, so I would try to find space for Level4 Tuners there somehow.

 

 

Overall, the archetype is fine for a casual level because the combos with banishing and returning to grave can take some setup, but if you aim to a higher levels, IMO your best bet is going turbo on Toadally Bahamut plays, but that's the fault of Toadally being a thing.
