Portalmaster (Link Monster Support & Tempate Testing)

I'm testing the other Template I downloaded for Photoshop after I found the Link Monster one. I used this in the past, though that was on my old computer, where I, ehem, "acquired" Photoshop without strictly paying for it, though now I actually bought a version of it, so I can go back to using it. For the most part, it seems pretty good so far. Anyway, the card itself is a support card for both Link Monsters, but also Fusion Monsters. Quite simple, but I quite like how it turned out.

When you Link Summon a Link Monster: You can Special Summon this card from your hand to its Linked Zone. During your Main Phase: You can Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck by using monsters you control or in your hand as Fusion Material, including at least 1 Link Monster. You can only use each effect of “Portalmaster” once per turn.

You do know about the Advanced Clause, right? If you think card is OP'd, then you must explain why.

Alright, Well like I mentioned, I'm not a Yu-Gi-Oh! Expert, but being able to Fusion Summon each time you Link Summon, is a little too overpowered, considering that some Link Monsters don't require much to summon. There are quite a bit of Fusion Monsters with good stats and effects that I'd run with about 2-3 of these cards. However, the ATK on this monster isn't very strong, so that IS a downside, but I'm going to go ahead and say it's still Overpowered.
