If Destiny Heroes got their own version of Fluffal support. Would they become a GOOD deck rather than an engine?l

Destiny heroes even in their first introduction was never really an arch-type but rather a supporting hero archtype that was use to work in conjunction with E-heroes. As Yu-Gi-Oh advance they got reduce to an engine to SS monsters and draw cards for other decks but they were never really an archtype that was competitive.

 

With the recent release of new supports which turn out to be absolutely lack luster, I'd like to discuss what if Konami actually made an attempt to be competitive like they do other archtypes. So let say Konami use Fluffal as a basis and design Destiny heroes with almost exact or similar effects to Fluffal monsters focusing on fast SS effects to bring out Destiny hero fusion/vision hero fusion monsters. 

 

Do you think with similar release the deck could finally hold up as an archtype?
