It requires your opponent to attack into it, while they have two or more monster, and it does absolutely nothing outside of maybe stopping one attack if your opponent doesn't have removal. It's terrible.

 

Summoning La Jinn isn't relevant either 'cause it only summons from hand. Even if it was from the deck, Jinn just isn't good enough to be worth it.

Oh wow, I just assimilated the attack redirection effect on this card. I have tinkered with similar effects on the past, but took "Confusion Chaff" as reference, which has that odd "other effects cannot be activated during that battle" restriction, and assumed that it was needed on effects that force opponent's monsters to battle each other; good to know that it is not.
