Megahunder Knight and its evolution

​Considering the new rules we got today regarding special summoning monsters from the Extra Deck outside (check this link http://beyondtheduel.com/master-rule-updates-special-summoning-extra-deck-monsters/),I thought it was appropriate to make some monsters that can work around those rules. BTW, its a long lost member of the hunder Familiy, and its evolution. Megahunder serves as a basic Thunder-Type floodgate that can stack effects on to itself, its evolution does the same but it comes with its own floodgate effect and stacks higher, please enjoy.

Effect: 2 or more Level 4 LIGHT Thunder-Type monsters
Must first be Xyz Summoned. This card's original ATK and DEF becomes equal to the total ATK and DEF of all monsters attached to it as Xyz Materials. Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase: You can declare the name of a monster attached to this card as Xyz Material, then detach it; while this card is face-up on the field and the detached card is in your Graveyard, this card gains the effect(s) of that monster in your Graveyard (this is a Quick Effect). You can only control 1 face-up "Megahunder Knight".

Effect: 3 or more Level 6 LIGHT monsters
Must be be Xyz Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can also Xyz Summon this card by sending 1 face-up LIGHT monster you control to the Graveyard, then using 1 face-up Rank 4 LIGHT Xyz Monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the total ATK and DEF of all monsters attached to it as Xyz Materials + 600 for each Xyz Material it has. Neither player can Special Summon monsters to a Main Monster Zone. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card, then target 1 LIGHT Effect Monster in either player's Graveyard; this card gains that target's effect(s), while it has any Xyz Materials (this is a Quick Effect). You can only Special Summon 1 "Ultrahunder Paladin" per turn.

I'm not sure how this interacts with the extra monster zone rule, unless your referring to something other rule change I don't know about. Ok, only the 2nd card does that, now I get it. Your URL isn't working btw.

 

I can see the first card working well in hunders, based on what little I know about them you could use one of the extra normal summon effects again for example. I'm not sure why you made it so that you need to declare a name in order to use the copy effect, unless you want to make some sort of interaction with http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Engraver_of_the_Mark possible. I assume you weren't sure how to word it. Also, for "must first by xyz summoned" how else do you expect people to summon it with the current cardpool? I can't think of any exploit your preventing there.

 

The 2nd card does have a lockdown effect but since link monsters and the new rules aren't out in the TCG yet I don't fully understand how useful it would be yet. Off the top of my head I can't think of any LIGHT effect monsters whose' effects would be too game breaking to use with the copy effect that aren't already practical to summon anyway, but its good to keep an eye on that. I'd highly recommend making the 2nd card involve the first card in either its rank-up procedure or its effect somehow. Since everyone has Number 39 in their deck these days to use S39, this would see play far outside of its intended use in hunders. Also, I'd suggest using a different font because the "+ 600" looks like ''* 600" on the actual card image, and that would be crazy.
