OK...and here we have the matchup specific ED type. For the purpose of this review, I'm going to assume you can Special Summon this AFTER you win.

But seriously, this is really not a good idea for a card Type because not only is it impractical (Spellbooks aren't even relevant right now; they were in April 2015 and earlier) but almost unuseable except in Tag Duels / Battle Royales. Even that, what constitutes as a "[x]" Deck; does it involve Decks that are purely that Archetype or a certain number of cards? It would help if you pay attention to recent Decks, but a lot of them are indeed hybrids (or run a certain engine thereof). Let's see, Zoodiacs are literally splashed in everything (and in their "purest" state, run a slight R3 thing with Terrortop/Taketomborg/Invoker for Molmorat); mentioning them because of how ubiquitous they are lately.

Going back to the card; yeah, this thing is asking for trouble considering you can get access to stuff like, say, Ultimate Falcon, Number 77 or other hard to summon / remove bosses. That being said, they're impractical unless you somehow get access to knowing what your opponent is playing (nowadays you can probably guess, but yeah...).

Hopefully you're actually reading the comments people tell you, but you really need to make stuff that's actually going to be usable in the game, and not something that can easily be covered by existing stuff.

HOWLY FREE DARK LAW ALWAYS A BAD IDEA

I could see this idea being used in Matches if you were more careful about the restrictions - say, make it be things like "Merit: Take less than 3000 damage in the previous Duel" or "Merit: Win the previous Duel with more than 10000 LP at the end of the Duel" but what he's doing is bad, however, this is the fourth or fifth time this guy ignored replies while clearly seeing there are replies because he's done more posts after getting reviews, so I'm not really seeing any sort of response incoming for a while if at all.

Also, I'm going to use that card name for a card too, btw, just to let you know, landrisce.
