You're not looking for the answer.Zoodiac does have access to the Lunalight combo which is tutored via drawing rat (not applicable to OCG tho due to Norden's ban :^))). You have daigusto which you don't have to draw at all so it's prob that, since Avarice can be considered only good when you draw rat in the first place (as it doesn't increase the chances of seeing rat it can be seen as marginally worse than Upstart as it only accounts for the marginal parts where u don't draw rat).There's nothing conclusive just by looking at OCG lists since it's just an image that shows you what people play, not why (for the record, winter initially pointed out that atm Avarice isnt popular which is correct).
