Fruiota_Hiroshi
I've been watching a lot of Dragon Ball recently, and one of the coolest aspects of it is the World Martial Arts Tournament, where the best fighters in the world gather and fight in one-on-one matches in a bracket system until only one remains. I decided to adapt the rules of it into a Yu-Gi-Oh! card, and I think it fits nicely with the current game. The World Martial Arts TournamentField SpellNeither player can control more than one monster. (If either player controls two or more monsters when this card is activated, they choose one and send the rest to the graveyard.) Neither player can declare a direct attack. Neither player can take battle damage or effect damage from another card. When a monster is destroyed by battle: the player who controlled it takes 1000 damage. The effect regarding the number of monsters is based on the fact that the battles are meant to be one-on-one. The inability to attack directly is based on the "no killing" rule, as is the effect regarding battle and effect damage. Naturally, I needed to balance that out, so a player who controls a monster that's destroyed by battle takes 1000 damage, which makes sense considering it's supposed to be a battle where one fighter either knocks their opponent out of the ring or makes them go unconscious.
