Masked HERO Super Spectrum

This card gives Masked HEROES (and HEROES in general) a nuke, but its summoning conditions are rather steep in a deck not focused on masked heroes, and its effect can only be used once the entire Duel.

Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending to the Graveyard, 1 "Polymerization" or "Fusion" Spell Card from your hand, and 2 Level 8 or lower "HERO" Fusion Monsters from your field, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Cannot be used for a Summon. You cannot Summon other monsters or activate other cards/effects the turn you activate the following effect. You can only use the following effect of "Masked HERO Super Spectrum" once per Duel.
● During either player's Main Phase 1: You can banish from your hand and/or field, 1 "Polymerization" or "Fusion" Spell Card and 1 "HERO" Fusion Monster; banish all cards your opponent controls, face-down (this is a Quick Effect).

Its Summoning condition isn't too powerful, but it can be fairly simple, considering how many "Fusion", "Polymerization", and "Change" cards are in most HERO decks, and most of the monsters are Level 8 or below HEROes anyway.

 

As for the second effect, it seems overpowered. You can get out whatever monsters you want before activating it, and then your opponent has no cards left on their field, potentially leading to an OTK, depending on what other monster(s) you have on your field. Maybe you could restrict it so you can't Summon other monsters or activate other card effects for the entire turn that you activate this effect, not just the rest of the turn, and maybe force yourself to skip the Battle Phase or prevent Super Spectrum from attacking.

1) Where's the Two HERO Fusions for the Fusion Summon of this card coming from tho? Cause it don't specify. 

 

2) Feels a bit like the MASKED Hero's Rainbow Neos. Hell if it's gonna be easy to make the requirement well-Contrast HERO Chaos is slightly easier to Summon, negates a card effect for free a-la HRDA Abyss, and HERO users don't even run THAT. 

 

3) Effect's pretty much the epitome of "YOU'RE NEVER GETTING THESE BACK" tho. 

 

3.5) Restriction feels a bit too dicey, though-it won't activate on the turn its Summoned that way, but can easily s*** on your opponent. Remember, any sufficiently advanced stun is indistinguishable from lockdown. 2 HERO Fusions and we get THIS?

 

4)  I'll accept a "other-cards-and-effects-cannot-be-activated" removal if that effect gets tamped down. Maybe to handle face-up OR face-dow cards?

Seriously though, it looks like Super Quantals got a new fusion monster, using its pilots as materials. :P

 

Except for the fact that this is a HERO monster, and not Super Quantum...

 

But yeah, now that you know that, any specific thoughts on it with regards to playability and whatnot? Saying this because of Advanced Clause.
