And that's my first thirteen cards.  All but 2 require card art, but I've yet to find card art that would suit them.  But what I'm really looking for is feedback.  I need the outcomes of the effects, as well as the atk and def of cards to remain the same, but I'm open to adjusting the costs of effects to balance them.

Now, for how these cards function.

Order and Chaos, the Twins of Eternity is meant to be a card that punishes your opponent for letting it stick around for too long.  Each extra effect gained makes it more of a threat, with the effect that stops your opponent from removing it from your side of the field unless they destroy it in battle stopping your opponent from bouncing it, spinning it, banishing it, popping it, gaining control of it, moving it to their back row by any effect, or even tributing it.  But, Book of Eclipse is this card's greatest fear, for none of its many effects can stop it.  And once a Gemini monster is flipped face-down, its effects are gone.  The final effect is to make your opponent feel the pain that Gemini players have had to deal with for years, forcing them to play at a slower pace so they can't overwhelm you with huge plays.

As for the Splicers, there's more of them in the works, but for now, those are the ones I've finished designing.  Cyber Splicer is sort of like a main character card for the deck, with it being the source of a lot of the deck's power.  Almost all of the Extra Deck bosses either require Cyber Splicer or work better if they were summoned using Cyber Splicer.

Cyber Splicer searches virtually any card you'd find in a Gemini deck, and can also become whatever level you want, given that you have the right monster on the field for the level you want.  In fact, Cyber Splicer, the Ultimate Mastermind is virtually impossible to summon unless you use Cyber Splicer since even with these cards, there's no such thing as a level 12 Gemini, and that Xyz requires three of them!

The Splicers are intended to be a Gemini archetype that can do just about anything, making them very versatile.  But as they are now, this is only scratching the surface.  As is, the set mainly focuses on equipping for now.

Now, taking into account all I have said, which effects are still too powerful after taking their costs and requirements into account?  If the effort needed to pull off the effect isn't enough, what would you suggest to balance them without weakening the effects?  (I intend to add these to Duel Portal, but I need to know how to balance them, first.)

Also, what would you see as a good decklist involving at least one copy of each of these cards?  Once they're properly balanced, I plan on making a deck with them and trying it out.

I love that cards!

I have felt the pain of geminis until i know duel portal.

The geminis of duel portal are really really strong.

Also, before i lose the bit of batery that i have, i need to say:

The one that can make draw 2 cards is too op, reduce them to draw 2 cards and discard 1 card, but detach only 1 card
